There were times throughout this process that I wonders if I really needed a law firm. But when my case went before a judge, I certainly was grateful I had Hoglund Law there for me. My Lawyer Robert, was there for me. Fighting for me and making this understandable for me. It’s essential in this process to have someone on your side. I’m happy I went with Hoglund Law.

Outcome of case was positive. Attorney did a lot of pre work necessary for the case. Put a lot of time into it. Would have put 5 stars, but 1st Attorney's phone didn't work for hearing, so had to be rescheduled. He did a lot of work as well, with writing a letter to the judge. Case was delayed... but overall, just a weird fluke.

At first I had a couple of hiccups with my lawyers. But, after speaking to Mr. Hoglund. Everything was settled and I'm very happy with the outcome of this Agency. I just would like to thank everybody for their help in my case.

I had the misfortune of getting an illness that has left me unable to work and perform the regular things in life that I used to be able to do. After working since I was 15 years old; this came as a hard reality to me. With no other options I applied for disability benefits. I waited and answered all of the questions asked of me. I went to all of the medical appointments that were scheduled for me and filled out every long form. But I still got that dreaded denial letter! I decided I need help with an appeal! They filed my appeal with the social security department and even requested all of the paperwork and my medical records. Every step of the way I was informed of what was going on with the case by Hoglund Law. Everything was done perfectly and I won my appeal and I am now going to be getting my disability! I do not think I would at this point right now without the help of Hoglung Law offices and their wonderful attorneys! I recommend them to anyone that is starting their journey of applying for disability insurance.
