“They requested records only after several months with no action on the case. They called the client for an update on the case after several months when they should be updating the client. After ignoring emails requesting status updates and a detailed accounting for costs.”

“With no response from the attorneys they were terminated. They sent a letter and court papers putting a lien on our claims. With wrong information incorrect amounts. They were sent a certified letter stating this and didn't even acknowledge it. Very unprofessional.”
