Very comforting company. Great to work with when facing criminal conviction.

I sought legal counsel from James Gempler at North Star Criminal Defense in a 5th Degree Assault case which occurred in Carver Cty., MN. He responded in a highly professional manner, listened to my testimony of the incident and agreed to represent me. The entire staff has been extremely attentive given the fact that we just went to trial 1-1/2 yrs. after the incident due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Mr. Gempler was extraordinary in creating a defense strategy which clearly showed there was reasonable doubt of this charge to a jury of my peers and they found me Not Guilty. My son signed on for services with Attorney Daniel Adkins back in March. Part of the services were provided prior to Covid.
