I hired Jill Jenson as my family law attorney. in the beginning she worked with me and appeared to be caring. she said she would work as fast as possible on my case. in about 3 weeks i emailed jen to see how things are moving/going. I did not get an email until 3-4 days later... in the email i was told that Jill Jenson no longer worked there (NO GIVEN EXPLANATION). now my case was moved over to JILL JOHNSON. I Spoke to Jill but she had no idea what was going on with my case and i had to re-explain everything. which was fine. however after having many questions and asking many questions Jill johnson became upset and seemed irritated and annoyed at my curiosity. I told her that i'm sorry and that it's my first time going through this and i just have a lot of questions regarding my case due to the opposing party being difficult . Jill johnson answered my questions to the very minimum. and on top of that, she has a horrible attitude. i am a first timer going through this and dont know the rules and laws. i asked many questions regarding my case to Jill Johnson because i wanted clarity and better understanding of what's going on. I told Jill Johnson that i feel as though she's not very genuine and not very polite. she asked me if i wanted to withdraw, and i told her no because we had already gotten so far with SERVING PAPERS to my EX. and i did not want to start the process over. On the same day after we spoke and we said we would move forward with my case, WHICH WAS TODAY, she emailed me LATER ON that day to let me know that they will be withdrawing. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. This law firm is horrible and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. the only reason i chose this law firm was because of all the amazing reviews. however jill johnson and her staff's are horrible to work with.. I hope that whoever reads this will not turn a blind eye to my post. They are lazy and will ask you to do all kinds of work that they should be the ones doing. what is the point of hiring an attorney if they are going to make you do work that they should be the ones handling. truly unprofessional.

Hello! First, I must apologize for the length of this review, but I have to provide the details of the excellent service received by Johnson Becker PLLC (Adam Kress and Team). I chose the above choices (Good Quality, Professional, and Responsive) regarding what I like most about the business because the Law firm is deserving of it. I was introduced to Johnson & Becker PLLC through an introduction of another law firm which handles personal injury cases that involves large manufacturing companies. I live in Chicago, with many known prestigious and great law firms, but I did not find what I was looking for as it pertained to representation for this particular case. I knew the case might be a bit challenging for an attorney, and under different circumstances; I would never consider dealing with a firm outside of my state. Many of the law firms I contacted in Chicago did not want the challenge, but Johnson Becker took on the challenge; and I'm glad they did. My initial contact was Adam Kress at Johnson Becker. I communicated my feelings regarding trust of attorneys and law firms overall, but felt Mr. Kress was genuine, and truly had my best interest as primary, as well as confident regarding what he could do as my attorney. The level of excellence Mr. Kress and his team showed in operations of my case from the beginning to the end was absolutely superb. The firm is extremely organized, detailed, and thorough as it pertains to research, explanations, and follows up. I felt comfortable with each individual I worked with, and became fond of each. Please remember, I'm in another state. My case lasted years, but I was kept informed on every level, and each step of progress in the case. I knew the firm was fighting on my behalf, and I trusted Adam Kress and his team fully: Jessica and Bryanna. As the case was wrapped up; I had dealings with Ms. McLaren, who was also exceptional in answering questions, providing information, and client service overall. I was extremely pleased in all aspects of my case, as well as services, and highly recommend Johnson Becker PLLC law firm for whatever situation you might need an attorney. In my personal opinion, the attorneys are genuine, trustworthy, and represent their clients on the highest level. I. Started out with this firm and thought everything was going to turn out for the good but instead it was a nightmare For some reason I was place with Mr Perron as he was leaving your firm. Why I don't know the real reason but I have a good idea. Why I always thought a attorney was there to fight for you in your best interests who would be on the offence instead of the defence. You see in my case Mr Perron. Seemed to be scared of the insurance company and thought we should take the first offer that came to the table. A insulting offer that left my owing more than when I got in my accident. A very. Insulting offer and I have to pay all my medical. Bills. I had to tell him to counter offer the insurance company. And he did and he said we better take the offer that hey sent back. I had had enough of the nitemare and decided to take the offer as I was in financial distress. and cut my losses so to speak I have a good idea why he left your firm and I don't blame you for that but why did you send me with him if I didn't have a case I would think the right thing to do is tell me. As it sits I would have been better off having the car I got hit by. Back up and hit me until I was done or get out and put 20 dollars in my pocket and roll me to the side of the road In closing. Plonski ok after the fact that all this happened i got back in contact with Deb at Paige Donnelly who is sorting thru and helping me straight things out even tho i am not a actual client as to stand behind the respected , honest law firm that i sighed up with. i must say i now have the utmost respect of the firm of Paige Donnelly law and will recomend them to anyone in need of a good law firm

My case was lengthy and difficult. Through it all Johnson Becker, and Lucia McLaren were amazing. They went above and beyond .They were available for even the littlest questions and concerns. I am very grateful for their help in seeing this through. It was a long 6 years...but the result was worth it.

Jake Jagdfeld and his team represented our special needs daughter who was attacked by another client at her day program. He made the effort to understand our situation as parents being a voice for a vulnerable adult. We wanted to encourage the day program to make improvements in their protection of both staff and clients. Dealing with a vulnerable adult is not a normal case for lawyers and we were very thankful we chose Jake and his team. They went beyond mere professional duty in getting to know our daughter and listen to her. They maintained a balance approach and guided us to a peaceful and satisfying resolution.

Hello, I live in Chicago, I was visiting Minneapolis, MN when I was rear ended. Thank God my car was drivable , however I was injured. I was referred to Johnson/Becker Law Firm, where I received EXCELLENT service. Even though I live in Chicago, they were very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process.
