I would recommend Allison without reserve to anyone needing a divorce attorney. From our very first meeting, it was obvious that Allison was extremely knowledgeable, an excellent listener, and someone who would help me navigate a situation in which I had never imagined myself. I came with many questions, and she helpfully and continually walked me through what the process would look like, always in a kind and understanding manner. My case involved custody issues, division of property, and spousal maintenance, and in a situation that was often acrimonious and emotional, Allison was calm, reassuring, and supportive. At the same time, she was a fierce advocate for me, firmly and assertively fighting for what she felt to to be fair and right. In a situation like divorce, I have learned that you just don't know what you don't know. I trust Allison implicitly to know- the law, the facts of my case, and what will be best for me and my kids. Allison Maxim has been representing me the past three years in child custody matters. My case is complicated and complex. Allison Maxim handled my divorce case. During mediation she was able to resolve all immediate issues. She handled the divorce efficiently and effectively. Almost a year later she is still very responsive to any inquiries that I have.

Allison Maxim was my counsel for a reduction in maintenance and later a Caron waiver in 2009 through early 2011.
