Dan is amazing he goes above and beyond to help ensure his clients understand all options avaliable. Thru thick and thin as well as covid dan fought for me and enabled me to retake my life. I came to Dan with a headache of a case, with very little hope that anyone could do anything to help me. Dan listened to me, what I wanted, and worked through tons of nonsense, to get me the most desirable outcome possible. He had my back both in the court room and outside of it as well. He goes the extra mile and put a personal touch into his work that you don’t see very often in any profession. If you need a lawyer, call Captain Justice. If we had more Dan Repka’s, the world would be a better, kinder place. This upbeat lawyer shows not only professionalism and knowledge but true caring. He knows the law, the ins and outs of the system, and what matters to both sides. This allowing him to speak clearly, eloquently, and to the point so that all sides take interest. He stood by my partner for over 18 months and danced a dance that helped bring justice and what was best for the in depth situation at hand.

Dan is the only Lawyer I’ve worked with that made me feel like I was an actual human being. Every time I talk with him, I feel like I’m talking to someone that truly cares about my well-being. He helped me through tackling a DUI that everyone else would have given up on. He was able to negotiate it off of my record and stood up for the ways I was treated unfairly. He helped save the years of having to jump through hoops to be able to operate a motor vehicle. I owe Dan my career.

Daniel Repka is one of the slickest attorneys that I've ever dealt with. No wonder he wins. He is professional honest caring and knows the law inside and out. He also has a great sense of humor (unlike most other attorneys).
He freed my son from an annual Dreadful civil commitment. I'm very impressed. I will and would recommend Daniel Repka for all your attorney needs.
