Dan IS Captain Justice!!

Repka Law firm is in my opinion absolutely outstanding. Dan and Andrea the definition of reputable and professional. They are knowledgeable of the law and to someone like me who considers legal talk to be somewhat confusing, they will break it down realistically and understandable so you are aware of exactly how they are going to win the case without giving false hope. They are straight forward about all areas of the case including all maybes, could happens and consequences. But with confidence giving them the integrity they deserve. I had two different counties with serious charges pending and was despite my worry told repeatedly, "don't worry, we got you!" And they did! Both cases got dismissed! Not only are they my goto defense team, but also became my friends! I will always recommend them to anyone in need of smart, honest, trustworthy legal representation!

Daniel Repka is by far the best criminal defense lawyer in Minnesota, and one of, if not the best lawyers in the nation. He has personally returned each and every phone call himself and even his wife Andrea has been involved in my cases. Dan is a beast in the court room, a friend out of it, and a mountain for any prosecution team to try and overcome. He's a no B.S defense lawyer. Its exciting to watch him work. My boyfriend & I retained Dan & Andrea & have ZERO complaints!! Our cases were handled very professionally. We were treated with great respect, received encouragement when things were not perceived to be going well early on & explained things very well as the proceedings progressed. I employed Mr. Repka to help with a parole violation. He was extremely good at communicating through the entire procedure. He was experienced and even knew the hearing officer from other clients. It was through this connection that he was able to get the best result possible for my situation. I have recommended him to close friends of mine, I would NOT do this if I did not FULLY trust him.

Dan Repka deserves 5 stars. He is the smartest, most caring lawyer I have ever met. He listened to me when i told him about my charges and believed in me. He was determined to win my case. Today my charges were dismissed. I know Dan made this happen. He worked hard for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest lawyer. He's the best.

I was extremely disappointed about how he represented me in my civil commitment process. He failed to argue several issues that we had agreed upon prior to my hearing, failed to redact the inaccurate information in my records or get the affidavits that he agreed to include. He also didn't return my phone calls for three weeks telling me afterwards that he was involved in a murder case that obviously trumped communication with me. We made absolutely no accomplishments, negotiations or gains in my case and I ended spending money on a private lawyer when I just sat around in the system for six months waiting out the process anyway.
