I had the best experience with Mark Gaertner and everyone at his law office. There are two Hmong speaking persons that helped my mother and I with every step of our case from 10 months ago.
Today, Mark’s assistant gave my mother and I the best news. Our personal injury case just settled!!! Bills are paid.

I am a college student and the settlement came in time to pay for tuitions and books.

I got into a car accident. The other driver refused to provide insurance and fled the scene. Mark Gaertner and his staff was able to fund the other driver and his insurance and got them to pay for my car and injury.

I was out shopping for Christmas presents last December. Another driver merged onto my lane side-swiped my new Camry. I consulted and hired Mark Gaertner and his law firm to help me because I was injured and the other driver blamed me for the collision.
Mr. Gaertner and his staff helped convince the other driver's insurance that it was their driver who caused the collision. The other insurance paid for my car repairs which saved me from having to pay $1000.00 deductibles and they got me a nice settlement as well.
I highly recommend Mr. Gaertner and his law firm.

The insurance company said I was at fault for the accident. Mark Gaertner worked very hard to convince the insurance company I was not at fault. This helped get my car paid for and I also got a settlement for my injuries. My questions were always answered and the staff was responsive to my needs.
