John had my confidence with my husband’s case after my first conversation with him. He answered my initial call himself and I was pleasantly surprised as a few other calls I had made went to a call service as it was toward the end of the business day. He took the time to listen and his knowledge of the system was apparent right from the beginning. Through the process he has been available for calls/texts and he responded in a timely fashion when he was not immediately available. Again, his expertise was apparent. He knows the system, prosecutors, and judges. He never made us feel like we had silly questions and we always felt like he really cared about us and our best interest. As we had never had experienced the need for a criminal defense lawyer before it was comforting to know that John was on our side in a system that is really not designed that way. Additionally, John’s prices were fair and well worth the money. John gave our family piece of mind throughout a difficult time in our lives.
