Wonderful and straight forward from start to finish! Unfortunately, they took our account after convincing us they understand and had worked with small businesses before. After several meetings, emails and draft edits, we were forced to stop working with them to save the thousands of dollars it took to try to explain what they continued to misunderstand. We never did get a working agreement. If you are a small business, look elsewhere.
