John Arechigo was great to work with. He was very responsive even during Covid. He was able to help me resolve my case quickly and equitably. Most importantly he fought for my rights, and that’s what I needed (a fighter). I couldn’t of asked for more. Call him you won’t be disappointed!

During my case , I didn’t know what was gonna happen. I was worried , my attorney had told me some ways we can go about this case. The ways he had mentioned , he worked very , very hard to accommodate too. Only one thing we did not get approved but it was due to something on my personal record, nothing he could’ve changed. Everything else he mentioned, he followed through with and I am now on my way with life with minimal consequences rather than harsh. I appreciate everything John did for and during my case! I took a run at a few other attorneys before I settled with Josh Stokka. The other attorneys were unable to pull off authentic sympathy and said things like, “No brainer! You will get a nice settlement!” These inflated statements were delivered to me while I sunk into an over-leathered chair and was surrounded by glass presenting stunning views. I just was not comfortable with them nor the chair. When I landed with Josh, I was greeted warmly and in more modest surroundings. From the very beginning, Josh demonstrated his understanding of worker’s compensation law in Minnesota, and clearly explained what we could realistically do given the circumstances of my case and age. He also demonstrated sympathy when appropriate, and understood the injury I sustained would have repercussions over time. When opposing council offered a small settlement, Josh demonstrated his commitment to me and my case as he counter offered with firmness. That was most comforting.
