I got a hold of Ryan with my custody issue, he quickly got on top of the situation and he told me what we needed to do. It was as painless as it could have been every step of the way. He is extremely professional and good at what he does. Even though he doesn't normally do family court, he was excellent. I couldn't have made a better choice of representation.

Helped me through a domestic charge I was wrongfully accused of. Mr. Kaess was always easily reached and answered all my questions, of which I had quite a few as this was my first time accused of anything. He also worked out a payment plan where if he hadn't, I wouldn't have been able to afford any help yet made too much for a public defender. I highly recommend anyone to utilize his outstanding services.

Do not hire this guy. Hired him as a divorce lawyer and he told us he would call and didn’t. When he did finally call it was obvious he hadn’t read over any documents and wasn’t prepared. It was ridiculous. This happened time and time again. Incredibly disorganized. So disappointed. Took much longer than it should have. So many missed appointments, calls, etc.

I paid alot of money for this lawyer only for him to admit he was ineffective and not doing his job. His communication was terrible at best and when he did answer he was short and condescending-I was never clear on where this case stood and almost seemed as if he was NOT on our side. Was a waste of money and time and felt as if he did not care and was being bothered. Would of saved tons of money going with a public defender which is exactly what the co-defendant did and got out of jail and charges dismissed whereas in my sons case he sat in jail for a year and was basically forced into taking a deal. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE & FIND A LAWYER WHO CARES -not just wanting to take your money!

The is not afraid to fight for what you want he is very good with the court room etiquette. He’s not afraid to go to trial if you much. Very good with the Negotiating before you have to go to trial Oh and all I recommend him he’s a good lawyer

Ryan is just a great person first of all. He's experienced and knowledgeable to get you the help you need. He helped me with license problems and dwi, later a divorce. I like how he doesn't take crap, not from the court, not from clients either! Lol. What I mean is that he won't go along with your silly, outlandish bullcrap when you're heated and irrational. Not that you've ever gone overboard wishing bad things on your legal opponent right? Well, just in case you have, he puts things into a calm legal perspective and helps you frame your intentions. Hope that makes sense. I would recommend his services and I will say that he has a great heart for the community. Nobody works for free of course, but I've seen him go out of his way to help people who aren't even clients. I suppose he hopes they will become clients, but, it just seems more like genuine concern that I saw.
