I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. Kaess and his associates. Throughout my case Mr. Kaess is honest in every aspect. He made himself available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/development of my case. Although I did not hear from Mr. Kaess often, but I felt that he did everything in his power to ensure this process went smoothly and comfortable as possible. I do recommend Mr. Kaess to family and friends.

Divorce is absolutely rotten. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. With that said, Mr. Kaess is brilliant and extremely comforting to work with. He's honest, up front, doesn't screw around, and gets the job done. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan is very thorough and comes prepared with all the facts for your case when he comes into the courtroom. He looks at all the evidence and facts from all perspectives while working deligently to get the best results for his clients. He is very professional but can be sortive a pitbull when he needs to be to get results & the answers needed from all parties while in the courtroom. I would absolutely recommend him to any friends and or family. Ryan won both my cases because of his knowledge and prepwork for both my cases.

Mr Kaess was on his game at all times. I trusted him completely, and slightly contrary to some other opinions, I didn't hear from him constantly, but I didn't WANT to. I wanted to know that he had everything under control and was going to get what I needed done, done - and there was never so much as a moment in which I felt doubt. I trusted him completely - with both my money and my case, and he delivered 100%. Although I hope I DONT need him, I will never hire another attorney for any of my future legal needs.

Ryan was very honest with me since the day I walked into his office (about the matter and the money involved with getting represented). I have been very satisfied with the many times he represented me in court and mediation. He always responded punctually to all of my questions and concerns. If I need anything in the future he would be my first call.

Hired this guy for a divorce, he was never on time for court and always had excuses. Billed me for hours of research and never had any game plan nor a clue. Never spent any time going over anything with me about the case only racking up hours dealilng with the other attorney over the same issues over and over. He will promise you everything and deliver nothing except an inflated bill. If you want someone that will actually fight for you rather than just lining there own pocket, look elsewhere.

I hired this attorney for a DUI case. Though this case could have gone to trial I took a plea deal, expecting to get a driver work permit during the time of the suspension. I told the attorney, under no circumstance will I agree to having my license revoked. Unfortunately, the information related to me from the attorney was not the same information told to me by the DMV. For 3 months I paid thousands of dollars taking a cab to work because I could not drive on a revoked license (I work overnights when the bus does not run). And when I tried contacting the attorney to tell him that this is a mistake and I want to go to court, he agreed this wasn't what we agreed to and he will see what he can do. For 2 weeks I left messages for him to call me back. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Its been nearly 2 1/2 months now. This guy will do anything to take your money and will not go to bat for you. I lost so much money and stressed out so much hoping he would call me back with a solution. Don't hire this guy or you will regret it!!!!!
