WOW !!!! What a wonderful easy experience I shared with Rachel recently!! I needed to find a way to protect my home from heavy and lengthy probate costs in the event of my death. I am 72 years young but we ve all watched life change in a heartbeat,right? I decided to post on nextdoor...to see if I could get some good suggestions for an attorney working with "end of life" plans. Rachels name came up a over and over, and while she was clear on other side of the city from where I lived, I made the trip to see her. Easy-peasy..in a of couple weeks time, she had my TOD ready to sign and record and it only cost my time and $300.00!! She is pleasent, professional, thorough, priced reasonably and timely!!
