James is a kind and caring lawyer. He helped me with a long divorce that involved getting custody of my daughter. It took a couple years to finally get it finalized. After the divorce James has been there for me anytime I need him when trying to go after my ex for child support. He always has your best interest at heart and truly cares about his clients. Mr. Capra was my Attorney throughout a very long and complicated 3 year divorce proceeding He argued on my behalf all the way to the Appeals Court with the final decision in my favor. He is professional and at times overly busy however does have your best interests at heart. I was referred to him on a Pro Bono request through SMRLS. He is ultimately the best out there. He will never be forgotten in my book.
