Brooke greeted us professionally and on time. She was thorough in explaining to us the items we had no clue about. She was also very nice and didn't judge us.
James, the attorney, was thorough questioning us.
Surprisingly enough, so far, this hasn't been as painful and embarrassing as we thought it would be.
We are looking forward to getting out lifeback, free of annoying calls.
