About 8 years ago I contacted Shirlene in tears. My fiance at the time had just had his parental rights taken from him in a small town in Northern WI. It is a very long story, sparing all the small details, I will tell you that you can't go wrong with picking Shirlene as your 1st choice EVERYTIME! This case was so convoluted from his daughter being adopter by her mother's new husband, and Shirlene hiring an amazing Private Investigator to find out who this man and her mother really were. Shirlene goes above and beyond for her clients. She takes the time to actually get to know you personally, and if she takes you on as a client she believes in you 100%, and will fight for you the best she possibly can. ANYTIME I need legal advice she is the first person I call because she is so beyond knowledgeable and wise. Even if she can't personally help me, she takes the time to point me in the right direction to find answers. In my years of law clerking through college I saw many lawyers who simply looked at people as paychecks. Shirlene is different. She is that lawyer you see in movies and shows that honestly spend the time and energy on her clients. She works diligently to understand your side of the story fully, and explains this to the court as if she was personally involved. She will MAKE the judge and thr court hear your own personal truth.
