I worked alongside Mr. Rice in the Ramsey County criminal court system for three years and always found him to be professional, incredibly knowledgeable, yet also compassionate. To find someone who has such an immense love for the law and justice, combined with what always seemed like a sincere concern for each and every client is what it should be about, yet fails to reach often times. I would trust Jack to represent my family should they ever need him.
