Shirlene was recommended to me and I’m not really sure why. My first phone call with her she interrupted me and wouldn’t let me speak. And I guess the way I was answering her questions she didn’t like. She had a very rude and hostile attitude towards me, and made me feel very uncomfortable. How anyone has had any luck with her is beyond me. How unprofessional of her to be acting like that.

The level of care and concern for me throughout this stressful process has been off the charts. I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness with every interraction I've had. Every question I have had has been answered, without judgement, and very quickly. I especially want to shine a light on Danielle Stanard, Charles Nguyen and Mandy Lamberger. If every employee at Kain and Scott, P.A. treats their clients the way these three have treated me, then there isn't any reason to choose a different law firm.
