The lawyer we worked with, Jake Peden, and his support staff; namely: Julie Sypnieski, Gina Strait, Sarah Koenig, and Megan Wolbeck, were very helpful and courteous. Lawyers get a bad rap because so many of them are condescending and often are counter-productive for their clients; however, Jake was the antithesis of such lawyers. Well after the matter was discharged we were still having issues come-up and I worried that Jake would ignore our requests for help and advice; but, he remained available and helpful well after we thought we'd never here from him again. We are satisfied with the services of Kain & Scott.

I went to court thinking I didn’t need a lawyer or any type of help. Until watching the video at the beginning of the court advising about the consequences of not having one. When I applied, I got denied because I didn’t make enough money. Then she came to the rescue, professional, and made me feel much more confident about the my case. Hopefully, I and anyone that I know will not have to go to court. However, if anything, I know who to call.

I work with their clients and know them personally, this is a great law firm where they care about people. You will feel more like a friend than a customer.
