I highly recommend Jack Rice. He stood by me and represented me when I was falsely accused. He will fight to win your case for you and has the legal expertise to do so. Do not ever try to go it alone or go with a lesser rate attorney other than, Jack. He has the confidence, knowledge and legal acumen to win in the court of law. Sometimes a person may feel they have all the facts to win, but you also need the legal expertise and experience of a great attorney like, Jack. I highly recommend him to anyone.

My name's Syu. Jack Rice helped me back in 2017 and I was 100% satisfied with his performance and professionalism! He's literally the real deal and I'm not just saying that. This guy knows his stuff! In my case, it was scary because I didn't want to go to jail and hoping that because it's my first DWI they would take an easy on me, but here's the thing, I was also on parole! I got scared because I didn't want to loose my job and go back to jail. So I found out about Jack Rice and I hired him. This guy was amazing! He takes my case seriously and really fights hard for me! It was worth EVERY DOLLARS! He went to talk to the policeman, prosecutor, Judge, and my Parole Agent. I don't how he did it. But he gave me a second chance! I didn't go to jail and that changed my ways forever! I give him an A++ in my case! Now one of my best friend is being recommended to Jack and I know that my friend will get the best lawyer because Jack is that darn good!

Mr Adkins put me first. I woke him early in the morning and he helped my worries go away. Got right up out of sleep concerned and checked things out for me. He made some calls and got right back to me and assured me I would be alright. Said he is there for me if I needed him and didn't charge me. What a relief he is there and a fair man, Attorney. I'm 100% disabled and he said , I'll stand in as your protector. He's got energy and interest and contact's from the moment I woke him up. I highly recommend Kain & Scott for filling bankruptcy. I have been getting letters from a bank that I still owed money for a car that was included in my bankruptcy. I was glad that I notified Kain & Scott to look into it. And it was taken care of for me. Otherwise, I would be worrying about how to pay for something that I DIDN"T have to pay for. Quality people all across the board. We actually started the process a year ago but before we could file my wife ended up in the hospital. The staff of Kain and Scott took the time write a get well card to my wife. Very impressed. Once we began the process we received great service from Jake and Stephanie at the onset and then Kirsten and Attorney Margaret Henneman continued by leading us through the filing. We did not look forward to filing bankruptcy but the staff of Kain and Scott were professional, informed, prepared and seemed to be concerned with our well-being. Great experience during a difficult time.
