If you are a father and have a high conflict ex who does everything in her power to limit or stop your parenting time, do not use this woman as a parental consultant. She will follow the mothers visitation agreement to a T, but will change yours to fit what the mother wants. She charges attorney fees. Fathers, just take your ex back to court and get more parenting time Ordered. Get a lawyer and don’t waste your money on this lady.

She sugar coated everything and mislead me at the beginning. She was favoring the other party. She wasted my money and messed up my case.

Did nothing except send emails and bogus phone call and was charging $250 an hour for a work that could have been done by an office clerk. She was siding with the other party. What kind of lawyer do this???

Didnt know nothing about law and she took advantage of that i had got a new lawyer and they told me she had messed everything up and i lost out on alot

Janet was the second lawyer I hired for my case and switching to her was the best decision I could have made. She honored my perspectives and provided guidance, managed to convince the other (VERY stubborn) party to switch gears for a cheaper and less stressful mediation option, and was never afraid to let me know when my requests for the custody proceeding were less likely to be accepted by the court/other party, and she always had great ideas for where to compromise. She helped keep us out of trial and we ended up with a signed custody agreement less than 2 months after I hired her. Janet was able to advocate beautifully not only for my needs as a mom, but for my child's needs as well, especially when I had trouble keeping sight.

Janet worked with our family regarding a tricky adult adoption and she was terrific! She walked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions so nothing was left to chance, and she really cared about our story and well-being throughout. I would definitely use her again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help in the area of family law.

Janet has been amazing and has so much experience. She listens to everything that I have to saw with compassion yet will tell me the legal reality so I know what my options are. Janet help us apply judgements in a very short period of time to get the money owed from my ex that was not paying. She is skilled and has all the tools you need for any type of divorce action. She is a straight forward comprehensive attorney that is simply marvoulous to work with.

Janet was very knowledgeable with my case and always gave me fair advice. I didn't feel like she was telling me what I wanted to hear, rather what she felt would happen going into court. She gave me options and her opinion on each option but ultimately let me decide what I wanted to do. She stayed on top of filing papers and checking in with my ex's lawyer to make sure he was following through on what was agreed on. Janet definitely made this whole process stress-free for me and I really appreciated that. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a lawyer and already plan to use her in the future if my ex decides he wants to fight me on something else.

She repeatedly asked me the same questions via e-mail and then charged me for that. She left my paperwork on her desk for nearly 3 weeks and when I followed up on why my paperwork had not been filed, she told me that I failed to mail it to her. I told her to recheck her mail as I had mailed it nearly 3 weeks previously. She then responded (another unnecessary charge due to her sloppiness) that she had indeed found my papers. No apology, no nothing. She is not "on top" of anything in my opinion and gave me the impression that she is sorely disinterested. I had to chase her repeatedly for updates on my case and prod her into action. Very disappointed with her level of professionalism. The only thing she is on top of his her invoices.
