Checked in with several attorneys for probate. Most costed way more than I wanted to pay. Talked to this law office and they told me if it doesn't go to court they can almost guarantee it won't go above $1500 to do everything. My sister was a problem for she kept calling them complaining about me. I told them I am not paying for her and want to get this done. Soria my attorney charged me for private talks with my sister over and over even kicked her door shut while on the phone when I was outside waiting on my appointment. They kept telling me I needed to give them more and more money charging me thousands before they can continue on. Needless to say in just the middle of everything once I told Soria I am running out of money she stated she quit and just gave me a piece of paper instructing me on how to finish up. I was scammed and left to this day overwhelmed not only with the death of a loved one but lied to by this law firm about helping me out. Still left bewildered on what to do next.
