Poor client communication and lack of responsiveness
“horrible follow up . i have a case with them which i request more information for a potential new customer . i sent an email to Sonia last week no answer called talked to her on Friday she told me she got he email but need to talk to the lawyer and was going to call me that afternoon or Monday this week . today is Tuesday and still no answer or even a email to fallow up i been with them for a few year initially i was happy with them lately is almost like i have to fallow every step .”

Unprofessional and unreliable staff
“This place is a joke. Belen S. Robles that works for them never made deadlines and horrible follow through. She was never in office. I am glad went to another law firm to win my case. My case was a slam dunk. Don't do it! They are cheaper, however, you pay for what you get.”
