Poor communication and follow-up
“horrible follow up . i have a case with them which i request more information for a potential new customer . i sent an email to Sonia last week no answer called talked to her on Friday she told me she got he email but need to talk to the lawyer and was going to call me that afternoon or Monday this week . today is Tuesday and still no answer or even a email to fallow up i been with them for a few year initially i was happy with them lately is almost like i have to fallow every step.”
