Poor communication and follow-up
“horrible follow up . i have a case with them which i request more information for a potential new customer . i sent an email to Sonia last week no answer called talked to her on Friday she told me she got he email but need to talk to the lawyer and was going to call me that afternoon or Monday this week . today is Tuesday and still no answer or even a email to fallow up”

Unprofessional and dismissive behavior
“She constantly interrupted me during the consultation to emphasize why they wouldn't pursue my case. And that's totally fine but 1) Don't interrupt me/ at least pretend to care and 2) every reason she had was inaccurate due to the facts of my case.”
