Smart, down to earth and deeply committed attorney- Its honor to work with her-

Michelle has worked with me on two cases and was able to, ultimately, get both cases dismissed. In the first case she went above and beyond to get to know me and the particulars of my situation and used those details to obtain a successful outcome for me. In the other case she was able to suppress ion scan evidence (a swab of the doorknob of my apartment) on which the entire case against me was built. Michelle has played a key role in outcomes that encouraged me to do the right thing (long-term drug rehab) but did not destroy my ability to recover. I very highly recommend!

She need to works better on how to prepare her Clients and ask them to bring more documents as proof for interviews specially with new practice of USCIS. USCIS treating all applicants lairs, until proofing otherwise. It become the other way around what this beautifully country stand for.

Michelle Margoles was an outstanding attorney in my CSC case. Michelle has a way with words like no other attorney did during the entirety of our trial. Found not guilty on two accounts against the top CSC prosecutor in Ramsey county. Michelle worked with her father Alan Margoles on my team. Michelle headed up a Rasmussen motion that made much of a social media search warrant inadmissible even when thought it was very unlikely to win. Michelle did a great job pushing for lots of discovery motions that ended in lots of success. She has a keen eye for finding lots of little things that can be made effective in persuasion and showed this prowess during my trial. She was outspoken yet collected, factual yet passionate, and Michelle won the hearts of the entire jury and everyone in the courtroom. I have been very satisfied with her service and would suggest Michell Margoles to anyone who finds themselves in a tough spot because she is understanding and works incredibly hard to win no matter the circumstances.
