The communication was great, i was never were left with any unanswered questions, Margaret was really professional and helpful. Kayleen had quick responses an amazing welcoming personality and made my entire year with my discharge email. Meghan did an absolutely fantastic job of getting me through your trustee meeting and helping making the process smooth and easy! Every single person was very supportive and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a safe space the entire process start to finish.

I want to say what a great experience I had with Law offices of Kain + Henehan. I was super nervous going in about doing my bankruptcy. From the beginning talking to my lawyer Bill he was detailed and gave me great advice on what to do. Bill was with me step by step as the process went along. He put my to ease as well during this process. I also want to give a compliment to Kayleen. Margaret is easily one of the top bankruptcy lawyers in Minnesota. She was by my side every step of the way and has made the whole process as easy as possible despite the circumstances. They sent me a bill for 200K from a man named Kevin. They did not even do their research. That man is certified Crazy my son has PTSD due to his actions and wants to send me a bill. Should be quite the opposite.

Margaret Henehan truely makes this a very simple process. There are a lot of attorneys out there but if you want a very personable and knowledgably one there isnt anywhere else to look. Any question i had would be answered promptly via emails. All stipulations and changes that occurred over the course of this were thoroughly relayed with instructions, dates, and the answers to any questions i would have. Could not have been happier with the decision to go with Kain&Henehan.
