They did a very thorough job of putting together a plan that met my needs, of preparing the documents and getting everything set, and explaining everything to a non-lawyer person like me. A nice comfortable and friendly environment.

Highly recommend for asset and estate planning. Especially if you are caring for parents or loved ones who need more assistance planning for the future. Everything has been easy to understand and the process was very smooth from start to finish.

My experience with my incapacity plan containing my healthcare directive, power of attorney, and digital asset authorization was exemplary. Richard made it easy to understand and even fun! Makenzie was a wonderful notary and made the process simple and quick. The little gift at the end was the cherry on top of an amazing experience.

Of course I do not have a way to compare with other companies but for what they covered with our estate planning their work was done professionally and smoothly. We ended up with clear explanations and directions. There is lots of paper output and explanations of what to do next. We are very happy with the experience but of course we will only find out how good it all is once we do our final work to move our assets and one of us dies. I hope we do not know to update this review for a long time from now.

It was a long and complicated process but you did an excellent job and we appreciate it. We worked mainly with Michael, Lydia, Ben and Kate. Kate was very helpful at the end making sure all loose ends were completed. Thank you for your friendship also through a hard process!

We went into the process not knowing much about a trust, and they were very informative and detailed in explaining what we needed to know. All parties were very personable and we felt really good about our experience!

The hour was informative & Margaret Barrett shared real life examples from her personal life which founded her approach with the firm. My plan is individualized for my circumstances, family & assets. The team was always available for questions ‘ clarifications, and presented complex legal concepts in a manner that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision or take next steps. The team stays with you for the full process & have committed to be available as circumstances change that would have impact on my personal Trust. Enlisting Safe Harbor Estate Law to do my estate planning is a decision I do not regret.

WOW! What a great experience! I've always trusted that Margaret and the team at Safe Harbor are taking great care of my friends and family when I refer folks here. Now, I needed my own estate plan put in place after a recent life change, so I reached out myself. I went through the process with Nate. A++ work! Nate explained everything in plain English, and made it simple for me to understand the pros and cons of my options. He answered all my questions and was just genuinely a nice person. Am I excited to pay for an estate plan? Ha, not really! But is it totally worth the money? Heck yes! I'm already feeling the relief that comes from knowing my kids are going to be taken care of the right way when I'm gone. Looking forward to having all my ducks in a row.
