Currently being harassed by this awful rude people !!! I have received letters saying they’re going to garnish money from paycheck. I have sent paper work saying that I’m exempt because Im under medical assistance/Minnesota care, they sent me another letter saying they “couldn’t find me” even though I put my county case number and my Minnesota care members ID they say I’m lying about having Minnesota care. I have sent the same information to them again and they still think I’m lying. The lady was very rude and screaming…. This bill is from health east from 2018!!!!

Nasty people to deal with.

honestly, I've just received a call from them, and my last paycheck was spotty. i have insurance and I'm an amputee, I will take this to court as I am currently handling another debt, and if there's any indication to the kind of dealings this place partakes in, from threats and rude phone calls(like the one I just recived) I'm going to be livid if I've been taken to court without notification, and am going to dispute or sue. Idc, not cool behavior and only poor reviews.

They be calling my house after business hours almost 8pm. Very demanding and refusing to listen to anything we have to say. The bills are for Fairview hospital's and we have MyChart and have never seen these bills there.

It’s my first time having something in collections and I was reaching out to take care of it the best way i can Shelia was bittersweet gave me some guidance but in a nasty way. I feel like firms like this should have better customer service, especially if they’re trying to collect debt. It doesn’t make sense to me to be treated that way even though I am in debt, it’s not your money but anyways, Bruce was amazing. He listened to me. He was patient and very helpful. I would give Bruce five stars if I could give two ratings but We clearly know who I’m giving this one star to.

I called to speak with a representative about a conciliation hearing, and had the pleasure to speak with Sheila. She was so nice, and helpful and understanding. I can't hold it against them, since I do owe the money. I have seen all the other one star reviews, and had to leave a better one. I was treated professionally and kindly by Sheila.

Lowest of bottom feeder scum bags. The world would be better off if their employees fell off the face of the earth. Preying on the poor and elderly. They weren't good enough lawyers to do something productive with their lives so they resort to profiting off of debt.

This place is awful. They send harassing collection letters even when you tell them you are disputing the bill, they got a judgement against me and then had my wages garnished to the point I dont have money to buy groceries for my children. I pleaded with them to do a reasonable payment plan but they declined. Not only that they added interest and fees to the garnished amount leaving me in financial devastation. The staff here is heartless. All about the $ they get paid and they don’t care if you can’t afford to feed your children because of the aggressive measures they take to make sure they get your money.

One of the worst people and situations I've ever been in. I would not recommend ever coming in contact with this company. They will ruin your life.

They don't care about anyone's living situation as long as they get the money that's all they care about
