Horrible customer service

Harassing clients that is collecting on a debt that has a cease and desist from healtheast know and understand your rights! I just spoke to Troy and hope you will not contact me again!

Sheila is amazing to work. Kind understanding and thorough. They are just doing their job and if you work with them they will do all they can to work with you.

I too am 100% disabled, and they are coming after me also. Even though I am on Medicare, and if you are in the hospital Medicare pays 100%. But they are coming after me for Medicare’s adjusted non pay from back in 17’. They even sent me a summons for zoom court. But yet they blocked out all the medical codes on the itemized billing, sent it by first class mail, which in Minnesota is unacceptable way of serving someone, would of had to be certified first class mail to be legal. An there isn’t even a docket number on it. Also for those that don’t know this, if the bill is over 6 yrs old, in the state of Minnesota. It’s is considered an I collectible debt, an has to be written off. I they continue after the 6 yr date, you can now sue the debt collector for that amount for harassment. Update River view responded to my comment that they served me legally, they served me first class mail only. To be legal in the state of Minnesota “ Certified First Class Mail - Return Receipt Requested”. Is the only legal way recognized by the state for mailing. Therefore River view lied to the public on there own Site. Update Went to zoom court, River view said my Mincare had lapsed at time of question. I laughed at them, I have only ever had Medicare for past 28 yrs. Never have I ever had Mincare. Long story short - The Judge Dismissed the case against me an all money’s owed where dropped. 🎉🎉🎉👍👍👍

I am disabled and they have been harassing me relentlessly with the threat to sue over medical bills. Yeah, a DISABLED person over MEDICAL BILLS. I have no income, no assets, no nothing. What could they possibly seek to gain from harassing me other than to just be cruel?
