Would never hire these people as attorneys again. Depending upon who answers the phone depends upon what answer you get. That is not business that I appreciate, or will pay for.

I would highly recommend Tim Reuter, he assisted me with a case and was consistently supportive towards me. He educated me on what needed to be done and let me know what to expect in the upcoming months. Their office got back in a timely matter which was wonderful as well. Tim got the best offer for me as for my situation, which I was grateful for. Again, would highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time, more specifically with Reuter. I am convinced that all of my verifiable facts and figures and concerns never went beyond him. Had no problem taking your money but don’t expect him to work for you. I recommend a first year law student as they would do more and a third grader because they would do just as much as he did. I wish you could give -stars as mine would have been -10. Save your money!!!

I would be extremely leery of using this firm. They were retained to represent the estate of my grandparents; the scope of that representation specifically included preparation of the tax forms. They simply decided that they would not be doing that in this instance and returned the portion of the fee that was paid for the tax returns-note that they withdrew from this aspect of the representation 6 MONTHS after the Kelhm Reuter attorney told us, in writing, that the forms were due. A little difficult to prepare your own tax forms 6 months after the firm’s blown deadline. I just listened to this firm’s attorney attempt to defend his blown deadline in small claims; his conduct and manner was reprehensible and gives a bad name to attorneys. Seek representation elsewhere where they will not abandon their representation when they figure out that they blew the deadline.

Zero stars!!! Don't waste your money! Don't use them for an estate attorney. Don't use them period!! They have no problem taking your money but don't expect them to work for you! They won't file the necessary paperwork with the courts, they'll make promises they don't keep, they'll cancel in-person meetings on the day of, miss court appearances without letting you know they're not coming! I've had to request paperwork and court information on MULTIPLE occasions. My attorney promised the judge paperwork by February 28th, it's June 9th and I'm in trouble because it hasn't been submitted. ***I'll update if/WHEN I'M PUT IN JAIL, FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT because they're not submitting my paperwork. I gave Mr. Mayers a list of assets, I was aware of at the time of death, they left it blank, submitted it to the court blank and I was accused of hiding stuff and deemed "unfit" to be executor. One of my 3 brothers decided to fight me: I had witnesses (that drove 4 hours to court) he never called on, a ton of written proof my brother was lying and had stolen loads of stuff before and after our mom passed. Not once was I given a chance to defend myself, against the lies, even though I had witnesses, MULTIPLE POLICE REPORTS, pictures and written documentation! I even called Tim Reuter, nothing changed, POINTLESS! Run far and fast!!!

They sold me saying they would help me with a OFP/custody/visitation. I was found not guilty and then the mother got caught being passed out drunk watching our 2 kids. 2500 and 3 months later I asked for a progress report and he fired me cause he couldn't show that he did any work on my case. Never answered one question and didn't do the thing he sold me on. A sham doesn't care about clients or seem to know anything about family law. He has too many friends in Stearns county and won't fight for you. Just works with them. Update.....after they fired me basically. 6 months later my exs new lawyer reached out to them and they emailed me saying they were emailed. Then charged me 85 dollars. Pretty sure they are not my lawyer and can't charge me. These lawyers are a corrupt bunch of money chasing rude people. A sham in court in and the over charges. They hurt my cas. Abandoned me and now are charging for nothing. Unbelievable that someone would take advantage of someone and abandon them in the time of need. All around bad people

I was able to sit down and explain my situation and found out there's nothing I could do for my friend who had passed away. I had some more questions, but once they found out my friends house was still in his mom's name, I felt rushed for the meeting to get over

Horrible place, they say one thing and do the opposite. Because or them my child is living with his drug addicted mother
