In the fall of 2022, my Personal Representative services were requested to administer the estate settlement for a close friend who had passed away. If you want some one who cares about you and your case… then don’t go here. And if you aren’t a current customer anymore when you call later on the front desk staff almost doesn’t want to even help you since you aren’t there problem anymore. Don’t use them.

Kevin Wetherille has been using my name, my documents and all my bank accounts, all my property, the property of my employers, intellectual property, all my electronic devices, medicines, medical devices, and the inheritance of children for the last more than 3 years has the protection of high-ranking officials. Kevin Wetherille does not obey the laws of the United States of America, is engaged in forging court documents (can sign marriage documents without your consent, repeat divorces without canceling previous ones, obeys Scott County Judge Caroline N. Lennon, who can issue any illegal documents in any country in the world), opens storage places, steals other people's property with friends, opens bank accounts in another name without permission and uses them himself, any actions to conceal criminal offenses, such as destroying other people's documents, evidence from the courthouse. The Scott County Court allows depriving other people of their health, selling them into slavery, torture, cruel treatment, taking children and the elderly hostage, depriving them of essential goods.

Having a will done is not how my wife and I wanted to spend a morning but went extremely easy and happy we did it. Amber was a great help

They advertise to offer a free consultation. I called and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The woman who answered the phone basically had no interest or intention to give legal advice for free. Horrible attitude!! Sorry my English wasn't good at the time, I used the wrong term, I should have not used “legal advice” term. That gave the lawyer the opportunity to respond the way they did below. Specifically, all she cared about was how easy/hard the case was and how much money they will get from this. So short and cold with no sympathy towards whatever clients were going through.

I have utilized this law firm for reviewing my rental property lease agreements and also helped me negotiate a debt settlement. Both times I was very pleased with Kevin, the staff and the outcome I received! I would recommend this firm to my family and friends!
