Dale helped us to deal with problems after my father-in-law passed away. there are mistakes commonly made by well-meaning family members and Dale helped us to get in touch with the correct agencies so that we could act appropriately all the way around. Dale knowledge of the law, intent, and how the government works allowed us to avoid problems at a very difficult time.

One of our neighbours were trespassing on our property and threatening to harm our dogs, putting salt in our mail box and a number of other disturbing things. Dale was able to send a letter to them with a firm explain tigon of the law and the consequences for any further harassment to his clients. We have not had any problems whatsoever since then. We have recently hired him to help us with a probate problem with my husbands' dad's estate.
