I was involved in a horrific rollover collision in 2017 and from day one (now 7 years later) I have received throughout communication, honesty and a better understanding of how all of this legal stuff works from Patrick. They advertise 24/7 services, but didn't do anything for my family! The operator who answered the call sounded like they hated their job. She said she'd transfer for us to someone, only to get another operator! Would not recommend!!!
