Jason Lee is a very thorough and dedicated attorney. He was diplomatic yet firm and fierce in advocating for me as his client. Jason got me through a very difficult case and his attention to detail uncovered facts that strengthened my case and led to a successful outcome. I am very thankful to have Jason as my attorney and highly recommend him.

I recently hired Jason Lee and his assistant to represent me for a child support/ parenting time issue. There was very little effort expensed on his behalf beyond the bare minimum. My dental contribution ended up being over looked, which he did not catch. Despite me questioning whether or not it was accounted for after the Judge made her conclusion. Jason assured me that it was but it was indeed overlooked. I had concerns about Judge Maher and her integrity. Along with the integrity of the venue she rules over ( McLeod County) and wanted the judge removed and venue changed, for my best interest. Jason suggested that I terminate our contract before he was willing to act on my behalf as I saw fit in this matter. There was a lot of arguing with him. He did not go above and beyond in any way shape or form. I ended up going back to court and representing myself with greater results. He made a few suggestions regarding parenting time that were alright and that was about it. He became very frustrated with me due to poor communication. I had to pay for extra time that he spent on my case due to his inability to communicate over the computer effectively during co-vid. I had to walk into the office and spell it out for him face to face, for him to finally understand what I was asking for. There were blind spots that he missed that he should have been aware of considering he is the professional. I feel that Jason has the potential to be an awesome attorney but the version of him that I paid for was very watered down. If your going up against Troy Scotting and plan on using Jason I would suggest you find an attorney that is not one of Troy Scotting's buddies. This is the impression I was left with and I wish someone would have warned me.

My lawyer was/is fantastic. I would one hundred percent recommend this law firm. They care about their clients. They are extremely competent in their field.

The experience of "Dissolution with Children" is not something I would wish on anyone, but it happens and sometimes you have no other choice. Iv'e heard stories from friends/ family of their experiences with their own attorney during their time of crisis and some have turned out well, some have not. My experience with Jason Lee and his team has been impeccable to say the least. When you're relying on someone to fight for you and your kids, while keeping a level head and emotions under control, Jason has been absolutely right on target througout this process, and his sense of urgency is outstanding. Jason not only knows Family Law, he trully looks out for you and your children's best interest when representing you. He communicates well and is a wealth of knowledge. I 100% reccomend Jason and this firm to anyone who's in this position. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to find not only a decent attorney, but an attorney that you feel confident with. Jason Lee was wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond getting our custody modification filled and approved by the courts within a couple days due to us moving out of state! He was easy to talk to and took the stress out of the whole process by giving us options and explaining how it all works! As a step parent, he advised me what rights and options I have when it comes to the care of my stepson. I felt I was supported by Jason and he had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend working with Jason!
