Does not have a time of day for a family member. He also said everything was good,well his answers were wrong he fits the list of what lawyer you dont want. Dealing with family dispute he so did wrong never went with what the client wanted.

Pederson & Pederson has been excellent to work with on two closings that we had. We done one as a buyer and another as a seller. We worked with Tim Pederson. Tim is very good with real estate closing and legal matters. He drafted up a purchase agreement for us and also took the time to explain the process of the closing. I would recommend to anyone closing or buying or selling real estate in the greater Wadena area to give them a try. Very reasonable on their pricing too.

They are handling a estate matter for our family and i am part of the process. I had simple questions as far as where things were at, when will it be done and if my personal info was updated yet ....then told i was a inconvenience and a pest basically. I had only made a handful of calls in the last couple years because info wasnt being updated and the process was almost done. Now none of my emails get responded to and im ignored
