I had the exact same experience as Wade except I'm the mother who got ran over by a bus. Marso was bias and I lost everything because of her opinion and falsifying information. Wouldn't be surprised if other attorneys recommend her specifically in favor of their clients and Virginia or as the other party would call her "Ginny", gets a kickback (that's what appeared to be happening to my case). This woman needs to be debarred. I never seen such manipulation, Virginia had her mind made up prior to even meeting me. Aggressively raised her voice at me at McDonald's in St. Cloud with my children in the play center. I never stopped fighting either!

Carol was attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled in her representation of me. The outcome was better than we had hoped for. I had fired a previous attorney due to neglect. Carol was the exact opposite in how she handled my case. I couldn't have been more grateful.

I hired Carol after my daughter's mother was refusing to let me see my daughter becasue I was engaged to a woman she did not like (despite never meeting my now wife) Carol did more then I had expected. I now have 50/50 joint physical & legal custody. She got us set up with the My Family Wizard app so my daughters mother is not able to harass us anymore either. Carol is a strong willed and persistent woman. Words cant describe my thanks for Carol. This was a very messy case, my ex was coming up with every false accusation you can imagine, she attempted restraining orders and you name it she did it or said it. My family is blessed becasue of Carol. My daughter is happy and I now have her more time then I ever did. I highly recommend Carol if you are seeking a lawyer

Great, respectable business

I hired this attorney, paid a retainer, sent financial and personal information and was not contacted for months. I was completely trusting and very naive. The inaction of this professional ultimately put me in a terrible financial position and caused many other issues with my kids. I think she was intimidated by the opposing attorney. My divorce took nearly 3 years. I dismissed this attorney after some time and moved on. She came recommended to me by another professional. I would not personally recommend her to anyone.

Did not call me back. I did not call that often. She sometimes fueled a situation when I think she should have tried to deescalate it. Knowledge good. Was snarky and rude with opposing counsel? Probably typical lawyer behavior . Just not my style. Main complaint was her not getting back to me. We got through my divorce, but I'm sure it could've been a better experience. She was not ethically as in law work untrustworthy, I questioned her personal character. Her views of being married are very different than mine, thus my divorce.
