Kyle did a great job. He is smart and caring. He works hard until the job is done and he is honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kyle was the second attorney I hired to represent me and I'm so thankful that I found and had the sense to retain such a consummate professional. Halfway through my divorce, I realized my original attorney was not representing me in the manner I expected and I needed a decent attorney fast. I met with Kyle and retained him immediately. I could tell he understood my situation completely. My divorce involved a contested custody where my ex-wife had only recently reentered the workforce after being a stay and home Mom for over 5 years. My financial situation was also complex with significant premarital equity in the marital home, complicated further by an extensive renovation funded by premarital funds. Kyle helped me gain 50/50 custody and more of my premarital assets than I'd hoped to I'd retain. I think the agreement made with regards to child support and spousal maintenance was also fair. The thing I liked the most about Kyle is that aside from the fact that he knows the law, he knows many other attorneys, judges, SENE & FENE mediators. His knowledge of all the players involved in my case was impressive. He knew the Judge, his style and what to expect. He didn't know the SENE mediator, but he did say she will either want an informal back and forth Q&A or a mini-speech...so be prepared either way. He was right! He knew the FENE mediator and prepared me for that process. In short, he made me feel comfortable and prepared to enter each of these extremely stressful situations. You don't need a costly downtown lawyer to represent your best interests. My ex-wife spent twice as much on her big firm downtown attorney and Kyle still got the results! Retain Kyle, you will not be disappointed!

Kyle handled my Divorce from start to finish. I appreciate his responsiveness and ability to be available as needed. All of my calls were either answered or returned in quick fashion. Kyle is intelligent, empathetic, and family oriented. Kyle has ample experience and I was fully confident in him from start to finish. He was as much a confidant as my counselor. On paper my case seemed very straight forward, and the lead-up didn’t seem to require much strategy. However the spouse I divorced was extremely difficult and this in turn inflated the costs of my case beyond what I had expected. I think the state of mind of my ex-spouse was underestimated and I’m certain that my case would have flowed differently had mental health not been at play. That said, my only constructive criticism regarding Kyle’s counsel is that I feel we could have done a better job negotiating with the rival defense. I would definitely recommend Kyle – he is a good man and has a firm understanding of law.

I felt protected, relieved and prepared because of the effort Kyle put towards drafting documentation before the mediation and after the mediation took place. Kyle conducted himself in a professional, courteous, and intelligent manner in and out of the courtroom. During the court proceeding he articulated points and articles with excellent command, and demonstrated a thorough understanding of procedure and protocol. The outcome was excellent for both parties, and in turn, ensured the best possible outcome for my daughter's happiness and future. I have come to trust Kyle explicitly, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing sound legal advice and representation.
