Wow. What a total waste of money and time. This dude needs to lose his license.

Based upon my own personal experience hiring Michael Bertelsen for the purpose of asset mediation: I do not recommend hiring Michael Bertelsen for asset mediation. This review is my personal opinion.

Did mediation with him. Ask for cash. No resipt? Didn't do anything worth paying money

What we truly appreciate is that Dudley and Smith provided a very personal service and treated us like family. They told us what they were going to do and then did just that. They acted quickly and because of their research, care, and effort, the case was resolved in a speedy fashion

Top notch service. I hired Dudley and Smith Firm to represent me in a personal injury case. The firm accepted my case after a local firm mishandled my case. This case was a rather difficult one due to the prior attorney incompetence. Dudley and Smith took the time and explained everything to me. I was offered $71,000.00 for my case by the insurance company before Dudley and Smith worked their magic. At the end of the day let's just say I am very pleased with much more than the offer.
