We had retained and fired two attorneys before we found Bob. We hired Bob to represent my friend, a domestic abuse survivor, in the custody dispute against her abusive ex . By the time we hired Bob, we were “behind the 8 ball,“ as Bob put it. The court had just issued a temporary order allowing joint legal and physical custody, granting the abusive party control over his victim. It took numerous proceedings, documentation, witnesses, and eventually a trial to reveal the truth to the Court and attain justice. We are grateful to Bob for his willingness to take on our very complicated, difficult case, and his superb legal and strategic skills. It’s difficult to discuss domestic abuse at all, let alone to numerous professionals (judges, evaluators, etc.) in the court system. Bob was able to guide my friend through a harrowing journey with a steady hand, clear vision, and a compassionate heart.

I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. It is very hard for the Dad to get custody, but Mr. Manson worked through this and was able to get the custody awarded. He kept in contact and always informed me what to do. Robert Manson has changed my life life for the better. Going into what was an extremely stressful custody battle, Robert allowed me to make a connection with my newborn son. At the beginning of my custody battle I hired a fathers rights lawyer thinking my odds of getting to be a part of my sons life would be pretty good. Turns out not so much. Bob has been our lawyer for little over 4 years now in what seems to be a circus ring of a custody battle sh*tshow. He is relatable, his advice is realistic, and the ONLY reason our case has taken as long as it has is because of the judge in our case. He always says what amounts to "Well, you've made your case, but I'm not going to hold the other parent accountable." and that's not Bob's fault at all.
