I was going through a messy contested divorce. My wife pressed an OFP against me after the divorce filing. Bob Manson was my attorney for OFP. We went for a full trial. Bob had excellent courtroom skills and abilities. We won the case and the OFP against me was dismissed. I recommend Bob for any family case.

I hired Mr. Manson to help me with my ongoing, neverending custody battle. It was one of the most intense cases of parental alienation most people had ever heard about. Bob encouraged me the entire time to hang in there and talked me through the process. I have now been awarded full custody of my children. It took going through 4-5 different attorneys and even though I saw mixed reviews about his services, I took a chance on him. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Even after the court order came through, he continued to help me by connecting me with the resources necessary to help my children and I rebuild. I highly recommend Mr. Manson for family law. He's been doing this for over 30 years and he know the law very well.

We hired Mr. Manson to help us obtain third-party custody. It has been an emotionally trying experience and we have appreciated having such a knowledgeable lawyer by our side guiding us along. He is genuinely concerned and interested to know how the child is doing/adjusting and advising us on how to navigate the custodial arrangement. The cost is fair and they are transparent with their fees. We would recommend Mr. Manson!

Bob in an incredible lawyer with a heart of gold! He cared so much about my son and I and making sure we had what we needed. His reputation is superb, my ex’s lawyer completely backed down. Bob helped me through the hardest part of my life and made me feel like everything would be alright and taken care of and it was. He is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. I retained the services of Mr. Manson in February of 2017. At the time, I was in pretty dire straits. The presumption was that I would only see my kids every other weekend and I was facing heavy financial burden from not only child support, but a separate, civil matter that Mr. Manson also assisted with. Fast forward one year, all of my issues are resolved and I have my kids on an extremely fair 50/50 legal and physical custody arrangement. We also managed to secure a settlement in my civil matter. Despite the outcome, I cannot personally attest to Bob’s ability to litigate because we struck agreements with opposing counsel/party every step of the way. Where Bob excels for his clients is in the way he understands not only the law, but “the way these things go” in a very real sense. I had initially come in with some lofty and aggressive goals early on, and he showed me not only which arguments were worth pursuing, but also taught me the value of certainty when it comes to knowing when make a deal vs when to fight and accept the risk of an adverse outcome. He could have driven up fees and wasted an awful lot of time litigating matters that were not likely to succeed or to wind up in places that we ultimately agreed to, but demonstrated a high level of ethical practice by advising against chasing strawmen. I would highly recommend Mr. Manson as an advocate for fathers. He handles his business professionally and without any of the nonsense. I hope I never have to hire legal representation again in the future, but if I do, Mr. Manson will be my first call.

I had a custody battle and I needed temp custody immediately. Mr. Manson was the guy I needed on my side. He knows a lot and has dealt with even more. He knows what he is doing so just listen to what he says. My case was urgent and he even met me on his day off to get things started. He is very caring and very smart as well as reasonably priced. I highly recommend Mr. Manson he got me what I needed my child is safe at home with me again and it will stay that way. He took care of everything all I had to do was listen and do as he said. I had retained in the past Robert Manson and with out a doubt. I had a lawyer that truly did his job for the best outcome that at that time he has made happen and robert for for my behave and negotiated the best deal that could come at that time after a few years after using him and know how the courts sway one way or the other . He did a great job, Robert gave us scenarios and what our options would be. He was very organized and tough and we were satisfied with the outcome.

I had an attorney that told me to just sign on the dotted line. Fired her and recieved a referral for Robert. I told him my story and he went to work right away. It was a long and hard fight.
