Very professional service. They go above and beyond to represent you and to make sure the case is settled as soon as possible with the best result, with little to no burden on your everyday life. This is my second time using this firm, and I’ve always felt that they had my best interest in mind. JP is superb! He can smell bs a mile away, and doesn’t beat around the bush. He’s old school (which I really respect), doesn’t have a computer, and isn’t constantly glued to his phone like most attorneys you see; instead, he goes right for the numerous textbooks that line the walls of the office! Would highly recommend these guys any day of the week, and twice on Sunday!

I was pressured by Plachecki in the form of him saying that I need him. He then went on to brag about cases he has won, showing his plaques on the walls of his achievements, and overall making me feel uncomfortable. He made my situation seem way worse than it actually was in order to reel me in. He also stated that if I choose someone else that he doesn't believe is a good attorney and he sees me at courthouse while I am appearing, that he will give me a signal that I messed up since I did not choose him instead. This tactic made me feel very uneasy. At the end of our discussion, when I seemed unsure because of how uncomfortable I was feeling, he basically escorted me out while implying that my time was up and he didn't have further time to discuss things with me. This was my first experience searching for attorneys and it actually made me postpone selecting one because it was so off-putting. I ended selecting an attorney from Minneapolis who made everything work out great. I would not recommend this attorney.

I want to thank Price, Mcluer and Plachecki for bringing my friends family together. Because of them, I get to see what a wonderful father my friend can be to his children. That truly means a lot. They know what it takes to keep a family strong. Now I get to see videos of him cheering his kids on at hockey games and birthday party celebrations and christmases with dad; it warms my heart that they were able to win that for him.

Amazing law firm. This was my first time needing a lawyer, and I’m extremely happy with my experience. JP was wonderful to work with, fought hard, and did everything he could for me. Both JP and the receptionists were very helpful, answering any questions I had and walking me through the process. Such a kind staff.
