Unfortunately google will let anyone write reviews, including the delusional rants of a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic who has been in and out of mental health facilities. I wish them well but their claims simply aren’t true. In my recent experience, everyone who represents the Winona county attorney office remains the utmost professionals.

Corrupt beyond imagine. Chief Justice forced to retire but still no improvements. You DO NOT have any rights with this court. Still tells unsuspecting people they only accept cash for payments to rob them, denies people jury trials, administers lsd during hearings, modifies records, destroys evidence, etc. Wish I was making this up.

As a lawyer, I have worked with courthouses throughout the state of Minnesota. The judges and staff at Winona are among the most professional and helpful that I have experienced.

Horrible experience, the lady on the court administration line was extremely rude and unprofessional. She Hung up on me for asking where I could pay my court fees. WORST COUNTY WORKER I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO!!! Also I was directed to her line for help by another worker.
