This man and his firm has saved my career and my well being considering what I was looking at as far as what evidence was lacking on the law side I followed instructions to a t and never under any circumstances talk to the police. This man knows what he is doing and knows how to explain things in a way that you will understand whats happening and a good plan to follow as to how to handle your case. The one thing I will say is this Alex always has a good legal plan for whatever your case is as long as the facts are there and sometimes good things come to those who wait. This guy has represented me a few times and minutes before jury trial got it basically tossed out by the prosecutors from a felony charge to a misdemeanor which is basically unheard of! I recommend Alex over anyone I've dealt with for defense attorneys he will work with and for you and your better interests in life!!!

I hired Alex as he was recommended from a friend. I was involved in false allegations of domestic abuse. I fortunately had security cameras that proved she was lying and eventually the case was dismissed. Alex did a great job of representing me and ultimately I won. I'd hire him again.

Alex helped me out when other lawyers wouldn't even hear my case. I had a difficult DUI case I was dealing with. My sister and I ran into some trouble, and the only way out of the situation was to drive away. (I did not get far, my back wind shield was broken and a cop arrived immediately) Long story short: I was charged with the DUI but I decided to fight this case in court. Alex was by my side 100% of the way the whole year this case was drawn out for. The case went to a jury trial and we won.

I had a complicated case that dealt with an OFP given the fact that I live outside of the U.S.A. (although the case was filed in Minnesota). Mr. De Marco handily prepared for the case on short notice (less than 15 days), and put my mind at ease with references to actual Minnesota state statues. During the case he handled himself professionally, and got a dismissal of the case because in no small part to his references to Minnesota statues, and previous similar cases. I recommend this lawyer, if you want a fair shake at winning.

Excellent lawyer! I highly recommend his services! He goes above and beyond for all of his clients. Some of the negative reviews on here make me cringe because people have nothing better to do than be negative. I’d trust Alex with my life in a bad situation. 10 out of 10!

Alex Demarco was recommended to me by a friend that attended the same university as he. After our initial phone call and subsequent meeting,  I felt confident that he was the right attorney for me. Receiving the contract with the wrong client name and agreement terms, should have been my first clue that although Alex says (and quite possibly believes) all the right things, his attention to detail and ability to deliver falls short. Over the course of 7 months, my experience with Alex was wrought with one excuse after another. Here are just a few...("My sister-in-law is in the hospital." "You've caught me at a pretty horrible part if life at the moment." "Sorry, I was so sleep-deprived from jury trial." "Understand i have a murder case that's absolutely occupying my time here.") Initially,  I was sympathetic to his plight.  But eventually,  I came to the point where I just wanted my lawyer to represent ME (his client, who incidentally paid in full upfront). That, and his adventurous Facebook posts didn't seem to jive with the excuses he was giving me. In the end, it took Alex 7 months to obtain a simple video from campus pd, and that took me riding him the entire time. Although incomplete evidence was eventually supplied to him, Alex neither questioned/followed up it, nor did  he return any of my attempts to contact him further. I regret 100% my decision to hire him. Given my personal experience,  I'd recommend steering clear.
