We are a recently retired couple, and felt this was a good time to meet with a lawyer to find out what we really needed to do regarding estate planning, since we had no will. We worked with Mark Tebelius to develop a personalized plan. Mark was very thorough in asking questions to determine our specific needs, and he answered all of our questions clearly to ensure that our needs were met at every step along the way. He explained all necessary legal terms and procedures, so we never felt intimidated. Our final plan included creating a last will and testament for each of us; designating powers of attorney; and completing health care directives. We now feel secure that we have done the necessary planning for the future, and Mark took good care of us every step of the way. We highly recommend Sjoberg & Tebelius based on our experience!
