Called needing assistance with estate planning help for my sick father. Was told I would get a call the next Monday. Monday, no call. Called Tuesday and again asked for assistance. I’m out of state and needed to get things done while visiting my father in a 5 day span. Was told I’d be called “Right back” by receptionist. Have not yet received a call, over 1.5 days later. Of course would have appreciated a consultation and would have paid $$$ for things to proceed forward. If this agency treats everyone like this I’m surprised he has such good reviews. If they tell you they will call take with a grain of salt. Looking for a more reputable attorney that values a phone call and my time.

We hired Jeff to help us with power of attorney for my mother in law. His assistant was so helpful and sweet when setting up our appointment. They both took their time with us and answered all of our questions.

This is a very informative law firm. They are punctual in callback and returning emails. I spoke with April and she spoke will Jeff concerning my issue and explained everything that need to be done. I have not seen them but this law firm was very helpful to me. I highly recommend them.
