Thinks she's above everybody else, impatient, rude. And just plain out terrible person.

Mary Burnham failed to inform me about taxes fees my family and I would have to pay. She then charged us a second then third time for resending documents that she never sent initially. She forgot to notify me about the steps I needed to take to avoid going to court. Just pay someone else and save yourself.
