I had to come leave a review for this Law Firm because they are truly the blueprint for Business Etiquette. I called yesterday to inquire on a legal matter for a friend of mine that’s located in MS. I didn’t get an answer but I left a voicemail. This morning I received a call back from Ms. Jeanette. Ms. Jeanette immediately apologized for the delayed response (in which she owed no apology) and informed me that they don’t handle matters of my concern. In addition, Ms. Jeanette provided me with information to get me in the right direction and answered a few questions. I may not be a client, and they don’t provide the services I was inquiring, but it’s the hospitality. I’ve reached out to many law firms and most firms don’t call back if they don’t provide the services, let alone provide information to help point people in the right direction. I appreciate the information provided and responding in a timely manner. Thank you!

As a Broker, I always instruct new agents that are in the Mentoring Phase to schedule their closings with Elliott Law Firm. Why? Because the closers at Elliott are good trainers for new agents. They keep the agents informed and their follow-up is phenomenal. Just like “not all agents are created equal” … same goes … “not all closers are created equal”.
