Recently I found myself in an unfortunate situation of getting my first DUI. For me this was a life altering situation. Although a first DUI is a misdemeanor, the consequences can be devastating and career limiting. I needed a good lawyer. After extensive web searches and recommendations from local residents I found myself calling Mr. Stewart. From our first conversation I knew I had found the right lawyer. Mr. Stewart was very upfront about my case and the expected results. I soon realized that not only had I retained Mr. Stewart services but all the wonderful support staff at his law office. Knowing that I had this level of support gave me a peace mind that I was in trusted hands. Not a single one of my phone calls to Mr. Stewart went unanswered. In fact, due to sensitivity of the matter phone calls to Mr. Stewart were difficult to make during work day. Mr. Stewart was prepared to discuss my case beyond the normal work day if necessary. Although appreciative of his offer, I managed to communicate with him electronically with immediate responses from him. Well and now for the good news…..Case dismissed. I had the opportunity for Mr. Stewart to represent me in two cases, both of which worked out in my favor. Mr. Stewart negotiates well, but is very aggressive when called for.

I had gone through a checkpoint, and had been in Mississippi a week from out of state. He kept me informed and let me know all my options & the reality of what to expect. He was well versed in the players of the court, & had me finished in time to make my fight. Highly recommend Mr. Stewart

Mr. Stewart helped me out of a big mess. I know without his assistance I would have ended up with my drivers license suspended and paying a lot of money toward fines. From day one when we contacted him he stayed in touch with us. We always knew what was going on and what the next step would be. He was upfront and honest about my DUI situation. He guaranteed he would do all he could to help with the issue but never guaranteed what the outcome would be. I know nothing about DUI laws but Mr. Stewart knew exactly what to do. I hope to never be in that situation again but I would definitely recommend him to anyone else needing help with a DUI ticket/citation. He really helped me out and I know he could help others in similar situations..

I hired an attorney in Tupelo first and could never reach him and he kept changing apt. times. My court date was fast approaching and I had no idea what my lawyer was going to do. I searched the internet and found Mr. Stewert. It was a risk, in my opinion, at the time. Best risk I ever took. After a series of events which he communicated consistantly with me- and answered every communication I sent him, my case was dismissed! Wonderful!

I blew a point zero eight in the state of Mississippi and after a bad first trial (which I knew was not going to be in our favour after Kevin made a motion only to hear the Judge say "I must be stupid, I have no idea what you're talking about") the case was thrown out of court before appeals. Kevin is a true bulldog, he will definitely fight the full 100 for you and won't leave prosecutors alone until you get the best deal or a fair trial. Would definitely work with him again.
